All WinTV's for System Builders are Vista Premium certified for both 32 and 64 bit operation. Note: these WinTV's do not include remote control or a MPEG video decoder. Please check with Microsoft for a list of the latest certified remote controls and video decoders.
WinTV-HVR-1600 MC board
A dual tuner combination NTSC/ATSC/QAM board for analog NTSC and digital ATSC/QAM TV reception
