These applications are great if you already have a Windows XP system and would like to add TV watching and recording.

Notes
The WinTV-PVR-150 MCE l.p. does not come with a remote control or a software DVD decoder. If you are building Media Center systems, please check with Microsoft for a list of MCE certified remote controls and DVD decoders.
Creating Video CD's and S-VideoCD's requires that your PC have a CD-RW burner. Creating DVD's requires that your PC have a DVD-RW, DVD+RW or DVD-R recorder.
