Kenneth H. Plotkin

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Plotkin is a co-founder of the Company and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since the Company's incorporation in 1994. Mr. Plotkin is currently acting President of the Company.

Mr. Plotkin holds a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Before co-founding Hauppauge, Mr. Plotkin spent 8 years with Intel Corp. where he was involved with marketing Intel technology to the banking and brokerage community and as a technical evangelist for Ethernet technology.


Gerald Tucciarone

Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer
Mr. Tucciarone, who has over 20 years experience in financial accounting and auditing functions, joined the company in January 1995 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hauppauge, Mr.Tucciarone held the positions of Controller and Vice President of Finance for Walker Telecommunications Corporation, a high tech manufacturer of telecommunication and voice messaging equipment. Mr. Tucciarone's career also includes auditing experience with both Fortune 500 publicly traded corporations and external auditing firms. Mr. Tucciarone is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. degree in Business Administrative with a specialization in Accounting from Hofstra University.


John Casey

Vice President of Technology
Mr. Casey has been Vice President of Technology of the Company since 1987. Prior to his employment with Hauppauge, Mr. Casey was employed by Intel where he was a Regional Architecture Specialist, and Grumman Aerospace where he was a Design Engineer. Mr. Casey received a BSEE from Polytechnic Institute of New York.


Bernard Herman

Director
Mr. Herman has served as a member of Hauppauge’s Board of Directors since 1995, and is a retired Chief Executive Officer of Okidata Corporation. He served as President and CEO of Okidata Corporation from 1979 to 1993, and for the following two years as Executive Advisor to Oki America, Inc. Okidata is a manufacturer and marketer of computer peripheral equipment and is the largest overseas subsidiary of Oki Electric Industries of Japan. Since his retirement, Mr. Herman has served as a member of the Board of Directors for three technology companies. He received a bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Cornell and pursued graduate industrial engineering studies at CUNY.


Steven J. Kuperschmid

Director
Mr. Kuperschmid has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since 1998. Mr. Kuperschmid is a partner in the law firm of Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law. As a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Mr. Kuperschmid serves on the corporate and securities law committee, as well as on the computer law committee. He is a graduate of New York University and Fordham University’s School of Law.


Robert S. Nadel

Director
Robert S. Nadel, has served as Director of the Company since May 16, 2003. He is the President of Human Resources Spectrum, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in executive and employee compensation and benefits and organizational effectiveness. From 1989 – 1991, Dr. Nadel served as Partner in Charge of the Actuarial Benefits and Compensation Practice of Deloitte and Touche, and from 1969 – 1989, he was Managing Partner of the Northeast Region for the Hay Group. He has consulted on matters of organizational effectiveness for more than 30 years. Dr. Nadel received a BBA from City College in 1959, an MS in General Psychology from Yeshiva University in 1962 and a Doctorate in Public Administration from NYU in 1968.


Neal Page

Director
Neal Page has served as Director of the Company since May 16, 2003. After founding Osprey Technologies in 1994, he served as corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Osprey Video Division of ViewCast Corporation from 1995 to March 2003. From 1998 – 1994, Mr. Page held both management and engineering positions years with Sun Microsystems, Inc. From 1983 – 1988, Mr. Page developed advanced multimedia products at General Electric and Data General. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and has completed executive business programs at University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mr. Page serves as a board member for a private software firm.


Christopher G. Payan

Director
Christopher G. Payan has served as Director of the Company since May 16, 2003. He has served as Senior Vice-President, Co-Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Emerging Vision, Inc. (“EVI”) (d/b/a Sterling Optical), a publicly held company involved in the operation and franchising of retail optical stores in the United States. From July 2001 through December 2001, he served as EVI’s Vice President of Finance. From March 1995 through July 2001, Mr. Payan worked for Arthur Andersen LLP (“Andersen”), where he provided various audit, accounting, consulting and advisory services to various small and mid-sized private and public companies in various industries. Mr. Payan is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelors of Science degree, graduating Cum Laude, with Honors, from C.W. Post – Long Island University.


Seymour G. Siegel

Director
Seymour G. Siegel has served as Director of the Company since May 16, 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a principal in the Siegel Rich Division of Rothstein, Kass & Company, P.C., an accounting and consulting firm. From 1974 – 1990 he was managing partner and founder of Siegel Rich and Co, P.C., CPAs which merged into M.R.Weiser & Co., LLC, where he was a senior partner. He formed Siegel Rich Inc. in 1994 which in April, 2000 became a division of Rothstein, Kass & Company, P.C. Mr. Siegel has been a director, trustee and officer of numerous businesses, philanthropic and civic organizations. He has served as a director and member of the audit committees of Barpoint.com, Oak Hall Capital Fund, Prime Motor Inns Limited Partnership and Noise Cancellation Technologies, all public companies.
