The WinTV-PVR-250MCE brings live TV, FM radio and TV recording to Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004. If your PC was a Hewlett Packard, Gateway or Viewsonic Media Center Edition PC, then you can upgrade your TV tuner to the latest Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-250MCE. The WinTV-PVR-250MCE has the best video quality of any Media Center TV tuner, plus adds FM radio.
The WinTV-PVR-250MCE runs under Windows XP, too! You can also use the WinTV-PVR-250MCE to watch TV in a window and record your TV shows into an MPEG format with WinTV2000, our TV application which is bundled with WinTV-PVR-250MCE. So we support both TV watching and recording under Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 and also Windows XP!
