WinTV Programmers Toolkit support

The WinTV Programmers Toolkit is used to add video overlay and image capture to a PC application. The Programmers toolkit supports Visual C++, Visual Basic, Borland Turbo C and Basic, under both DOS, Windows 3, Windows 95 and we have just introduced (August 1995) development tools for Windows NT. All WinTV functions are available through DLL calls or through the Windows MCI interface.

Our engineers who work on both the MCI interface and the DLL interface for DOS and Windows developers are usually busy during the day. The best way to get questions answered about the Toolkit is to send a fax or e-mail addressed to Technical Support: techsupport@hauppauge.com. The Technical Support department normally has the appropriate engineer answer the question and then either calls back with the answer or sends a response via fax or e-mail.

Hauppauge Computer has an applications engineering group who can help you or your company develop your WinTV based applications in Visual C++ or Visual Basic. Contact the Technical Support group for information on this service.
